Dr. Sorci accepts payment by check, cash, or credit card.

An initial deposit of $1250 is due at the first testing appointment. The balance of the account is owed when the testing process is completed and before the final report is distributed.

To pay by credit card please contact Dr. Sorci directly to provide the necessary information. If you have decided to pay by credit card at the beginning of the assessment process, Dr. Sorci will ask you to complete a credit card authorization form and charge your card in agreed upon increments.
